1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PipPilot (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PipPilot is a trading journal application that lets you log trades, review performance analytics, and track goals against manually-entered data. PipPilot does not execute trades, does not connect to any brokerage account, and does not manage or hold funds of any kind.

3. Not Financial Advice

PipPilot is a record-keeping and analytics tool only. Nothing in the Service — including analytics, statistics, difficulty estimates, or any other output — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial institution. Trading financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance shown in your own logged data does not guarantee future results.

4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter — PipPilot does not verify trade data against any real brokerage or exchange.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.

6. Subscriptions & Payment

PipPilot currently offers a free tier. Paid plans, where offered, are described on our Pricing page. Where a paid plan is purchased, billing terms (including renewal and cancellation) will be presented at the time of purchase and will supplement these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by PipPilot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the trading data you enter into the Service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PipPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PipPilot operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
